1.Lithium battery protection board tester

MPT series instruments adopt the standard 3U height instrument chassis design, which can be expanded freely, and supports full-function detection of 1-24 series protection boards.

2.Cylindrical battery/soft pack/large cell precision spot welding

The welding current rises extremely fast, realizing high-quality welding in a short time. Dynamic real-time detection of current, voltage, power, and resistance waveforms.

3.Automatic spot welding machine

CBMN36040 automatic spot welding machine is a multi-axis motion controller developed by modern automation expert technology. It is equipped with precision transmission and motor control mechanism, automatic walking mechanism, precision welding power supply, and automatic production equipment for effective real-time control of processing.

4.SC-TS1810 sorting machine

Manual loading of the whole box of battery cells → cylinder push out the battery → belt transport battery → cylinder push the battery to the test position → single battery voltage internal resistance test → when the battery is full 5, the manipulator grabs 5 batteries at the same time → the manipulator divides the batteries into Each storage box → manual packing.

5.RCTS-20V 5A/10A/20A

With feeder function, the efficiency is as high as 80%;

Support multi-chip type solutions, data collection rate up to 0.5-1S;
